COSTA GUERRA it's an Oporto based architecture office led

by Cláudia Costa and Pedro Guerra. 

Cláudia and Pedro have more than 15 years international experience working in New York, Madrid, Antwerp, Rio de Janeiro, and Doha. Where they have broadened their knowledge based on a multidisciplinary vision of art and architecture.

COSTA GUERRA offers a wide range of services: architecture, interior design, urban planning, landscape and real estate.

We are a multidisciplinary office that proudly collaborates with other artists, architects, designers and professionals of many other fields creating new and innovative approach to projects to offer our clients.

Cláudia Costa

 Born in  Portugal (1980 ), Cláudia studied architecture  in  Universidade Lusíada of Porto,  and advanced her studies with a Master degree in Lighting Design (2008) at  Universidad Politecnica of Madrid.

In 2009, after 5 years of working for prestigious offices in Porto and Madrid, she started her own boutique-studio dedicated to small architecture and light art installations. During this period her work was awarded, published and exhibited internationally.

After an invitation she moved to the Middle East in 2014 to work and create large scale projects of lighting design and to become, in 2018, the co-creator and director of the LightMe Lusail - International Light Art and Digital Media Festival.

In 2018, together with Pedro Guerra, she founded Costa Guerra Architects.

Pedro Guerra

Born in  Portugal (1979), Pedro studied architecture in the prestigious Porto School of Architecture. Pedro has an international career having worked in New York, Belgium, Brazil and Portugal.

 In his career he has collaborated with recognized and award winning architecture practices in Antwerp and Manhattan. 

There he developed, beyond the constraints of architecture, a sense of other disciplines that can influence and enhance the construction field, by integrating these in the design process 

In 2018,  with Cláudia Costa he founded Costa Guerra Architects.
